This describes how to configure the communication links between the GMPS and the GEPS or between GEPSs. The links are responsible for the TDM switching between subracks.

Assume that the BSC is configured with one GMPS and two GEPSs. The GMPS is numbered 0, and the GEPSs are numbered 1 and 3.
