Configuring Links on the A Interface

This describes how to configure E1/T1 connections and SS7 signaling links on the A interface when the BM and TC are configured in different subracks. These E1/T1 connections and SS7 signaling links are responsible for the communication between the BSC and the MSC.

  1. Adding an A Interface E1/T1
    This describes how to configure the E1/T1 on the A interface to establish the physical connection path between the BSC and the MSC when the BM and TC are configured in different subracks.
  2. Adding an SS7 Signaling Link
    This describes how to add an SS7 signaling link on the A interface. This link is responsible for the signaling transmission between the BSC and the MSC.
