This describes how to activate a patch in the patch area of a board.
Prerequisites
- The LMT runs normally.
- The communication between the LMT and the BSC is normal.
- The communication within the BSC is normal.
- A patch file is loaded in the patch area of the board.
Context
When a patch is successfully activated, the status of the patch on the server becomes
Activated, and the status of the patch in service boards also changes. To query the patch status in service boards, run
DSP PATCH.
Procedure
- Run ACT PATCH on the LMT to activate the patch.
