Deactivating the Patch

This describes how to deactivate a valid patch in the patch area of a board.

Prerequisites

The LMT runs normally.
The communication between the LMT and the BSC is normal.
The communication within the BSC is normal.
The patch file in the patch area of the board is activated.

Context

When the patch is successfully deactivated, the status of the patch on the server becomes Deactivated, and the status of the patch loaded on service boards also changes. Run the DSP PATCH command to query the patch status on service boards.

Procedure

Run the DEA PATCH command on the LMT to deactivate the patch.
