An OM command that queries the running parameters of the boards such as DATU, DDPU, NFCB, DHEU, PTU, TRU, DTMU, GTMU, DRRU, UBFA, UPEU, UEIU, USCU, DRFU, FMU, FMUA, DTCU, GATM, DEMU, RXU, and BTS3900E.
1. The BTS should be configured with the corresponding board.
2. The communication between the MML and the BSC should be normal.
3. The BSC should communicate with the BTS properly.
