A configuration command that modifies the FDD BA1 of the idle parameters of the cell. In this command, Cell Index or Cell Name uniquely identifies a cell.
If FDDBA2 input tag is MAMU(Manu), each record of the DL ARFCN, scrambling code, and diversity indication must be complete to ensure the successful modification.
