A configuration command that modifies the TDD BA1 of the idle parameters of the cell. In this command, Cell index or Cell name uniquely identifies a cell.
If TDDBA1 input tag is Manual(Manual), each record of the DL ARFCN, scrambling code, Sync Case, and diversity indication must be complete to ensure the successful modification.
