A configuration command that modifies the data of the signaling link on the Pb interface. In this command, PbSL Logical Index uniquely identifies the signaling link on the Pb interface.
1. The port specified in New Port No. must be configured with the E1/T1 link on the Pb interface.
2. The timeslot specified in New Timeslot No. must be idle, that is, Timeslot Type is NULL(NULL) or CIC(CIC).
3. If the signaling link on the Pb interface uses E1 interface, New Timeslot No. ranges from 1 to 31. If it uses T1 interface, New Timeslot No. ranges from 1 to 24.
4. The value of Congestion Start Threshold must be greater than that of Congestion End Threshold.
