An OM command that switches over the GOMUs. That is, after the running of this command, the standby GOMU upgrades to be the active one while the active GOMU degrades to be the standby one.
1. The switchover may disrupt some time-consuming OM operations. It may also have impact on services. Meanwhile, the LMT or MML client may be disconnected. Perform this operation with caution.
2. If the BSC is configured with the GBAM, or the GOMU is not in active/standby mode, the command execution failure message is displayed.
3. The Daemon processes on the active and standby GOMUs should be started, and the initial backup between active and standby GOMUs should be complete.
