Description
When the MS initiates a request for the uplink TCH, a call drop may occur. This measurement provides the number of call drops when the MS seizes the uplink TCH in the BSC.

At the end of each granularity period, this counter is measured by using the following formula. For details, see VGCS TCH Uplink Call Drop.
