IHTMLMarqueeElement::get_scrollDelay
HRESULT get_scrollDelay(

);
Retrieves the speed at which the MARQUEE scrolls.

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error value otherwise.

Address of a variable that receives the scroll delay, in milliseconds.
