IHTMLRuleStyle::get_borderTopColor
HRESULT get_borderTopColor( VARIANT *p );Retrieves the value of the CSS border-top-color attribute for the element.
- Returns S_OK if successful, or an error value otherwise.

- Address of a variable that receives the color value. See border-top-color for details. This parameter receives NULL if the attribute is not set.

HRESULT put_borderTopColor( VARIANT v );Sets the value of the CSS border-top-color attribute for the element. The attribute determines the color of the element's top border.

- String specifying the border color, which can be one of the color names or values given in the Color Table reference documentation. Set this parameter to NULL to remove the attribute. See border-top-color for details.
