Assigns a delegate to the upDownChanged event.
Syntax
public void addOnUpDownChanged( UpDownChangedEventHandler value )
Parameters
value
The UpDownChangedEventHandler delegate to be notified when the event occurs.
Remarks
Passing an event handler as a parameter to this method is equivalent to setting the upDownChanged event to that method in the Properties window. The upDownChanged event occurs when the value of the control is about to change as a result of the user's clicking the up or down arrow. This event is sent before the value of the up-down control changes so that the change can be tracked, modified, or canceled.
