To filter extracted data in columns

1. Click Insert tab Linking & Extraction panel Extract Data.At the Command prompt, enter dataextraction
2. In the Data Extraction wizard on the Refine Data page, right-click a column label. Click Filter Options.
3. In the Filter dialog box, select a predefined filter from the drop-down list.
4. From the drop-down list on the left, select a value.
5. In the Filter Across These Values field, clear any values so that they are not included.
