To remove an Opacity map from a material

1. Click Render tab 3D Palettes Materials.
2. In the Materials window, select a material.
3. In the Maps section, clear the Opacity map selection.
4. To remove the opacity map from the material, click Delete Map Information from Material.

   You are prompted to delete all nested maps.

5. Click Yes.

   The Opacity map and nested maps are deleted from the material.
