Querying BTS Board Information

This describes how to query the information, running parameters and configuration parameters of the BTS board on the BSC6000 Local Maintenance Terminal.

Prerequisites

The LMT runs normally.
The communication between the LMT and the BSC is normal.
The communication between the BSC and the BTS is normal.

Context

Board Information

Includes board type, software version and hardware version, and board state. All the BTSs support the board information query.
Running parameter

Indicates relevant running parameters of the board, such as board temperature.
Parameter to Be Configured

Indicates the configuration information about the board, including board type and alarm threshold.

This topic takes querying DOMU of BTS3006C as an example.

Procedure

Through GUI
1. On the LMT, choose BTS Maintenance > Maintain Board > Query Board Information.
2. Set parameters in the Location area, and then click Query. The query results are displayed, as shown in Figure 1.

  Select the Running Parameter and Configuration Parameter tab pages to query the running parameters and configuration parameters of BTS boards.
Through MML
1. You can run the following commands on the LMT to query the detailed information of BSC boards.
  - Run the DSP BTSBRD command to query the BTS board information.
  - Run the DSP BTSBRDEX command to query the extended information of BTS board.
  - Run the DSP CDUEACINFO command to query the CDU boards and extended information of EAC boards.
  - Run the DSP BTSBRDRP command to query the BTS running parameters.
  - Run the DSP BTSBRDCP command to query the BTS configuration parameters.
