Description

This measurement provides the total number of successful outgoing internal inter-cell handovers. The counter is calculated by subtracting the Failed Outgoing Internal Inter-Cell Handovers from the Outgoing Internal Inter-Cell Handover Requests.

Measurement Point

As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, this counter is measured at D when the BSC receives the HO CMP message from the MS in the target cell during the outgoing internal inter-cell handover.
