Non-hosted applications are those applications that are external to the Integrated Agent Desktop but that can be invoked from the Integrated Agent Desktop. Examples of non-hosted applications are calculator, word-processing applications, communication applications, and so on. Unlike hosted applications, there is no data integration between non-hosted applications.
