To press or pull a bounded area

1. Press and hold Ctrl+Shift+E.
2. Click any area bounded by coplanar lines or edges.
3. Drag the mouse to press or pull the bounded area.
4. Click two points or enter a value to specify the height or depth of the extrusion.
