Frame Rate in EXT Measurement per Cell

Description

This measurement unit provides the counters related to the user-defined extended measurement reports in a cell.

In each call, the TRX receives user-defined extended measurement reports reported by the DSP every five reporting periods (2.4s). The user-defined extended measurement reports may contain the main/diversity level, VQI, and frames of various rates. When the BTS reports the measurement results or pre-processing measurement results, the uplink measurement report contains these values.
